Returns Policy

• Returns will only be accepted with prior written (email) approval from a member of staff at Harrier Fluid Power Ltd (trading as Flowfit) and a valid Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover handling and processing costs.
• Items must be returned within 10 working days of the invoice date.
• All returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition, including original packaging where applicable.
• Returns are only available for parts listed on our website and in our catalogue.
• The following items are non-cancellable and non-returnable: hydraulic hose and hose assemblies, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic power units assembled or built to order.
• Non-website and non-catalogue items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
• Any items returned without an RA number, outside the 10 working day period, or which are non-website/non-catalogue items may be returned to the sender or disposed of.
