2 Stage Imperial Agricultural Telescopic Cylinder with a 876mm closed centre, 2251mm open centre, and a 1375mm stroke. Oil capacity of 7.5 litres with a 1/2" BSP port. All tubes are made from smooth bore, ready-to-use EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade.

These tipping cylinders, also known as tipping rams, are designed to cater to a wide range of agricultural tipping applications, with lifting capacities typically ranging from 4 tonnes to 18 tonnes in 2 to 4 stages. Recognizing the demanding environments these cylinders operate in, they are manufactured using, bespoke designs to ensure maximum durability and minimize downtime.
TUBE:–: All tubes manufactured from ready to use smooth bore, EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade. If required chrome plated, the tubes are finished with a hard chrome plate deposit minimum thickness 0.025mm
ROD:–: All rods are hard chrome plated.

These cylinders are often used in agricultural applications where space-saving and high-performance lifting are necessary.
ALL PISTON TYPE TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS ARE PRESSURE TESTED ON A PURPOSE-BUILT RIG TO A PRESSURE OF 241 BAR (3500 PSI) AND THEN STAMPED WITH PART, JOB, AND SERIAL NUMBERS, WEIGHT, MANUFACTURE DATE AND MAX W/PRESSURE FOR FULL IDENTIFICATION. ALL TONNAGES CALCULATED AT 2000 PSI (137 BAR).

Orders are processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30–17:00 BST), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on Friday are processed and despatched on the same business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.

Orders for delivery within the EU typically arrive on a 2–5 day service (depending on the destination). Shipments outside the EU typically arrive on a 3–7 day service (depending on the destination).
