Flowfit ISO A Quick Release Couplings
Flowfit hydraulic ISO A quick release couplings are are standardized hydraulic connectors designed for quick and efficient connection and disconnection of hydraulic lines without the need for tools. These couplings follow the ISO 7241-A standard, which ensures interchangeability and compatibility across different manufacturers. They are widely used in agricultural, construction, and industrial applications for their ease of use and reliability.

Red plastic caps/aluminium plugs available or female/male couplings available to protect and stop dirt entering the quick releases and your hydraulic circuit.
SPECIFICATION
Standard: ISO 7241-1A
Materials: Zinc-plated carbon steel body
Seals: Standard in nitrile NBR. On request FKM & EDM Seals
Back-up ring: PTFE
Working temperature: with standard seals -25°c + 125°c
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Prior to connecting ensure that the mating parts of the couplings are clean and free of dirt to avoid contamination of the hydraulic system. To connect, pull the collar on the female coupling back and insert the male coupling as far as it will go. Release the collar to lock the couplings together. To disconnect, pull the collar on the female coupling back and allow the male coupling to disengage.
CAUTION
Under no circumstances should the couplings be connected or disconnected with pressure in the hydraulic system. Whilst in use, the couplings may become hot (up to +100°C). Protective gloves should be worn when disconnecting. To reduce the risk of contamination, the use of protective caps on the couplings when they are disconnected is strongly recommended (available separately).

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.

Orders for delivery within the EU typically arrive on a 2–5 day service (depending on the destination). Shipments outside the EU typically arrive on a 3–7 day service (depending on the destination).
