The Group 1 Hydraulic Clutch & Hydraulic Gear Pump Drive - 4.8cc, 8.6 L/min combines a mechanical clutch with a Group 1 hydraulic gear pump. It provides 8.6 L/min at 1800 rpm from a 4.8cc pump, with a working pressure of 200 bar and absorbed power of 3.5 kW.
Designed for dependable hydraulic power transmission in mobile, agricultural, industrial and marine equipment, including pump-drive systems used with winches and windlasses. The pump is supplied with clockwise rotation. An anticlockwise pump version is available upon request.

Operating guidance
Engage and disengage the pump with the directional valve in the unloaded position. Do not exceed 1800 rpm during engagement or disengagement.
Lubrication and maintenance
Fill the mechanical clutch with SAE 90 gear oil before use; oil is not supplied with the assembly.
Change the oil after the first 60-80 operating hours, then every 12 months or 1500 hours, whichever comes first.
Check the oil level through the inspection window every 50 operating hours.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
