Internal Sales Co-ordinator
We are looking to recruit an Internal sales coordinator to support and report to the General Manager/Sales Director. The purpose of this role is to build and maintain an active customer base by developing existing and new business opportunities. This role is primarily computer based; previous sales experience would be beneficial within this role. Hydraulic systems & components experience is not essential as training will be given. The Key responsibilities:• Building the customer base by making proactive and outgoing calls and gathering information by asking the right questions and talking to the right people• Demonstrating good product knowledge when selling and dealing with customers• Achieve sales and targets by developing existing customers, opening new business and customer retention• Prepare sales quotes and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms and close transactions via telephone and email• Liaising with warehouse and engineering teams for certain orders, system builds and despatch times. The successful candidate:• Confident and customer focused with an instinct for building relations over the phone• Able to prioritise workload• Able to demonstrate ability to communicate by phone and in writing• Able to work well within a team environment and contribute to the team sales target
Monday - Thursday: 08:30am until 17:00pm Friday: 08:00am until 16:00pm
