This Steel Body High-Pressure Cartridge Flow Divider is a compact, 2-way hydraulic flow control valve designed for precise flow splitting in dual-circuit systems. These valves are used when two identical actuators — not mechanically linked — need to operate in perfect synchrony, both during extension and retraction, while being powered by a single pump and controlled by one valve.

USE AND OPERATION
These valves are used when two equal actuators,
that are not mechanically coupled, supplied
by the same pump and controlled by a single valve,
must move simultaneously both in extension
and retraction.
MATERIALS AND FEATURES
Body: zinc-plated steel.
Internal parts: hardened and ground steel.
Seals: BUNA N standard and Teflon.
Load holding : matched diameters, minimal leakage.
Cylinder stroke error tolerance of ±3% of maximum
flow. Any synchronisation errors are compensated
for at the end of stroke.
CONNECTIONS
Connect P to supply flow and A and B to the actuators.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
