3 Stage Bottom Mounted Telescopic Cylinder with a 399mm closed centre, 1309mm open centre, and a 910mm stroke. Oil capacity of 3.4 litres with a 1/2" BSP port. All tubes are made from smooth bore, ready-to-use EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade, and are hard chrome plated with a minimum plating thickness of 0.025mm.

These multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinders (commercial tipping cylinders) are typically used on small to medium-sized commercial tipping vehicles/road going tipping trailer applications and typically range between 2 tonne – 21 tonne lifting capacity in 2 to 5 stages. With our telescopic hydraulic cylinders you can choose from five different bore sizes and various length variations in each size.
TUBE:–: All tubes manufactured from ready to use smooth bore, EN10305-2 specification, E355 steel grade, hard chrome plated with a minimum plate deposit thickness 0.025mm
ROD:–: All rods are hard chrome plated.
Bottom Mounted Telescopic Cylinders are a type of hydraulic cylinder where the mounting point is located at the base or bottom of the cylinder. Often used in applications where the cylinder must push or lift from a lower point.
ALL TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS/ COMMERCIAL TIPPING CYLINDERS ARE PRESSURE TESTED ON A PURPOSE-BUILT RIG TO A PRESSURE OF 241 BAR (3500 PSI) AND THEN STAMPED WITH PART, JOB, & SERIAL NUMBERS, WEIGHT, MANUFACTURE DATE AND MAX W/PRESSURE FOR FULL IDENTIFICATION. ALL TONNAGES CALCULATED AT 2610 PSI (180 BAR).

Orders are processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30–17:00 BST), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on Friday are processed and despatched on the same business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
