The 4cc Group 2 Hydraulic Pump with 12V Electric Clutch Drive combines a 12 V DC electromagnetic clutch with a 4cc Group 2 hydraulic gear pump. It delivers 12 L/min at 3000 rpm with a 100 Nm clutch range and 78 Nm nominal torque.
Designed for dependable hydraulic power transmission in marine, agricultural, mobile and industrial equipment, including winches, windlasses, service vehicles, tractors and remote hydraulic systems. The pump is supplied with clockwise rotation; an anticlockwise version is available upon request.

Operating notes
Connect the clutch only to a 12 V DC electrical supply.
Allow a minimum of 20 seconds between clutch connections.
Engage and disengage the clutch with the hydraulic pump in the unloaded position.
Installation guidance
Check coupling alignment carefully and keep the pulley and friction surfaces completely clean, dry and free from oil or grease.
Run the clutch in by engaging and disengaging it several times at speed with the hydraulic pump unloaded.
Do not exceed the stated torque or allow sustained slipping. A slipping condition should not continue for more than 5 seconds, as excessive heat can damage the clutch coil.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
