USE AND OPERATION:
This valve has been designed for use on cylinders for reversible ploughs to obtain the automatic oil flow reversal, and therefore the reversal of the hydraulic cylinder which rotates the plough. It is provided with a single pilot operated check valve which provides leakage control on the cylinder head side only, whilst the rod side must be secured on the plough's mechanical stops. This valve is not recomended for ploughs which rotate the frame upwards.
MATERIALS AND FEATURES:
Body: zinc-plated steel.
Internal parts: hardened and ground steel.
Seals: BUNA N standard.
Loading holding: guided poppet, negligible leakage. These valves are supplied with exchange pressure of 125-140 bar.
CONNECTIONS:
Connect C1 to the cylinder's rod side, C2 to the head side, P and T to the machine's supply. Thanks to its shape, it can be assembled in-line on the hydraulic cylinder or directly fixed onto the plough by the threaded hole in the valve body.

Build and assembly orders may require additional processing time. This includes, but is not limited to, hydraulic power units, gearbox and pump assemblies, hydraulic hose assemblies, and motor/engine pump sets. Due to current demand, these types of orders are currently experiencing an estimated additional 2–3 working days before despatch.
During periods of particularly high order volumes, delivery times may be extended further. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery once your order has been despatched.
If your order is extremely urgent and next-day delivery is critical, please contact our Sales Team before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements and advise whether we can meet your requested delivery date.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
