Flowfit x Colin Furze: An Exciting Collaboration Begins
Flowfit is thrilled to be working with inventor and YouTube sensation Colin Furze, supporting one of his latest projects and getting a behind-the-scenes look at his workshop and creative process.
Flowfit Teams Up with Colin Furze
Flowfit has been supplying Colin with hydraulic parts and equipment for a number of years, so it was great to get involved with one of his latest projects.
Known for his ambitious builds, creative engineering and unmistakable approach to turning unusual ideas into reality, Colin has built a huge following across YouTube and social media.
For an upcoming video, Flowfit has supplied hydraulic equipment that will be used to power a car lift designed to raise Colin's DeLorean from his underground bunker.

Colin Shares a First Look at the Flowfit Equipment
Colin has already shared an early look at the Flowfit equipment through his 2 Much Colin Furze channel, giving viewers a sneak peek at some of the equipment that will feature in the upcoming project.
How Flowfit Got Involved
The Flowfit equipment will provide the hydraulic power and control required to operate four bespoke hydraulic cylinders as part of Colin's build.
The setup includes an 11kW electric motor and 63cc Group 3 gear pump, together with a bank of CETOP 5 valves and a manifold, plus the associated fittings and tank filtration accessories.
The Project
In an upcoming video, Colin will be using a hydraulic car lift to raise his DeLorean from his underground bunker, powered by four bespoke hydraulic cylinders.
Flowfit's Involvement
Flowfit supplied an 11kW electric motor and hydraulic pump set, together with a CETOP 5 manifold and valve system, fittings and filtration accessories for use in Colin's upcoming video.

Flowfit Equipment for the Build
Among the main components supplied by Flowfit is an 11kW electric motor paired with a 63cc Group 3 gear pump.
The equipment will be used to provide hydraulic power to the four bespoke cylinders, with control provided through a bank of CETOP 5 valves and a manifold. Flowfit also supplied the associated fittings and tank filtration accessories required for the system.

Alongside the electric motor pump set, Flowfit supplied a range of hydraulic valves, control components, fittings and filtration accessories for use in the project.
Flowfit will also be supplying the associated hydraulic fittings and tank filtration accessories required for the system.
A Visit to Colin Furze's Workshop
Flowfit's Adam Littleton, Assistant Technical Manager, and Harry Parsonage, Commercial & Operations Manager, had the opportunity to visit Colin at his workshop and deliver the hydraulic equipment.
The visit gave Adam and Harry the chance to meet Colin, see the workshop first-hand and get a behind-the-scenes look at the environment where the Flowfit equipment will be used.
It's not every day you get to supply a hydraulic pump set for one of the most creative YouTubers in the UK. Collaborating with Colin Furze on the hydraulic system for his underground DeLorean car lift was a pinch-me moment.
Visiting the workshop to deliver our pump set was a surreal experience after watching Colin's YouTube channel for many years!
