ZBMR P1AIIY/T1 Hydraulic Brake Motors are compact and reliable low speed high torque (LSHT) hydraulic motors with an external pilot brake system, designed for applications where dependable drive performance, load holding, and controlled external brake release are essential. The external pilot design allows the brake to be released via an external pressure source, making it well suited to hydraulic systems requiring greater control and flexibility
Each motor in this range features an SAE A 2-bolt 1/2" BSP mounting flange and a 25mm cylindrical shaft with parallel key, providing a practical and widely compatible mounting and output arrangement for hydraulic drive systems.
Performance by Model
This model features an external pilot brake system, allowing controlled brake release via an external pressure source for improved system control and flexibility.
- Suitable for applications where the motor is off load and an overcentre with the (SF) brake port can be utilised to raise its own pilot pressure via the motor brake control port.
- Suitable where a degree of progressive brake release and application is required remotely via the motor brake control port utilising the brake torque pressure range. (soft start/stop)

Orders are processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30–17:00 BST), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on Friday are processed and despatched on the same business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.
