- Tube: steel ST-52-3, DIN 2393, inside diameter tolerance ISO H9, roughness Ra <0,8 micron.
- Guide-bushing: steel F-1140 nitrated (nitride hardening).
- Piston: steel F-1140.

Recommendations
- Protect the cylinder circuit with a relief valve set at 200 bar.
- Check oil cleanliness and prevent contamination by fitting suitable filtration on the cylinder circuit.
- Bleed the circuit by slightly loosening the cylinder fittings before start-up.
- Do not weld on the cylinder tube.
- If storing cylinders for a long period, avoid outdoor storage where possible. If unavoidable, fully retract or grease the rod.
- Protect the rod and oil ports during high-pressure cleaning or blasting.
- For double acting cylinders used as single acting, connect the unused oil port to tank.
