Compact and versatile Monoblock Control Valve
Walvoil Monoblock Control Valve are suitable for use in applications that require low flow rates and compact and versatile hydraulic components. Perfect for various agricultural applications, earth moving machines, lifting and transport and industrial vehicles.
- Shockproof, anti-cavitation and combined panel valves
- Manual, hydraulic, electric push-pull, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controls.
CHARACTERISTICS
- High technical performances granting larger application range.
- Special high resistance cast-iron body, suitable for high working pressures.
- Nickel-plated offering granting long working life under high pressure conditions (see attached scheme).
- Standard circuit in parallel grants simultaneous operations, and due to negative overlaps and dedicate metering, there is proportional movement at the working ports.
- Minimal internal leakages. Interchangeability of the spools also with the ones of the sectional valves with “parallel” or “single” scheme.
- Possibility to reverse the control side, turning the spool of 180° permits unification, versatility and low value of some parts in stock.
- Free movement version “Y shape” allows high oil flow with low pressure drops, in relation with the small dimensions of the control valves.

Orders are processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30–17:00 BST), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on Friday are processed and despatched on the same business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Collection: Customers are welcome to arrange collection using a courier of their choosing, or collect in person from our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire. Please advise us in advance so we can ensure your order is complete before collection.

Orders for delivery within the EU typically arrive on a 2–5 day service (depending on the destination). Shipments outside the EU typically arrive on a 3–7 day service (depending on the destination).
