Flowfit 48V DC single acting hydraulic tipper powerpack, 1.5, 4.5, 8, 11, 13 or 18 litre reservoir c/w with 2 button pendent. 5l/min @160 bar. Hydraulic Power Unit Package to operate a single acting cylinder on any trailer or tipper application complete with detachable two button pendent.

2.1cc/rev gear pump.
1.6kw 48vdc electric motor c/w relay and plastic motor cover.
1.5,2.5,4.5, 8, 11, 13 or 18 Litre reservoir c/w drain plug.
Powerpack complete with suction strainer, return oil conveyor and filler breather.

Max pressure 200 bar.
Relief valve set at 160 bar but adjustable from 40-200 bar as standard.

The Flowfit 48VDC Single Acting power pack will require a high capacity battery and a suitable in-line fuse for normal operation.
The motor is designed for intermittent use (S3) which is defined as a sequence of identical cycles of 10 minute duration. The cycle comprises a period of on-load (td) operation in which the motor may reach its maximum permitted temperature, followed by an off-load (tm) of time, insufficient for the motor to return to ambient temperature.
The value of S3 on this motor equates to 7% or 42 seconds of on-load operation in a ten minute period.

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on a Friday, are processed and despatched on the same business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 Days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Collection – All customers are welcome to have their order collected by another courier of their choosing, or come to our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire to collect their order in person. We kindly ask that customers advise us in advance that they’re planning to collect their order so that we can make sure the order is complete before being collected.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will depend on weight and country the order is to be shipped to. All cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders for delivery within the EU will arrive on a 2-5 delivery service depending on Country location. All shipments outside the EU will arrive on a 3–7-day delivery service depending on Country location. Please check for accurate delivery times with our Sales department. If you Parcel has not arrived within the time expected please do not hesitate to contact us. Please ensure the ship to address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
