HYDRAULIC NON-STOP VALVE FOR PLUGHS AND SUB-SOILERS TILLERS WITH NON-STOP FEATURE
USE AND OPERATION
This valve is made up by two relief valves and one check valve and a variable restrictor. It is used to charge and discharge the accumulator system used on non-stop ploughs and sub-soilers tillers in order to provide protection against shocks. This valve should be exclusively used on open centre or float spools
Body: Zinc-plated steel
Internal parts: Hardened and ground steel
Seals: Buna N standard
Load holding: guided poppet, negligible leakage.
Connections: Connect P to the machine supply, T to the drain or to tank for the eventual oil reuse and C to the system.
Adjustment: "BP adjusts the loading pressure of system and it can be set between 10 and 180 Bar.
" AP adjusts the maximum safety pressure and can be set between 80 and 300 Bar.
