These compact valves have been specifically designed to operate hose and cable reels. Each valve comes complete with a main relief valve fully adjustable from 96 - 210 bar, other spring settings available upon request.
The lever operating spool slice has 4 positions.
The direction of flow is selected using the spring centred lever valve, select forward, neutral or reverse. The lever can also be detented into a fourth position - commonly known as a “floating fourth”, the fourth position allows the reel to “free wheel” enabling the hose to be pulled off by hand. In the neutral position the reel is locked hydraulically and the pump will unload the flow to tank.
