GENERAL
This compact valve has been specifically designed to operate hose and cable reels.
The valve is fitted with an adjustable priority flow control on the inlet section, this is pressure compensated, the excess flow returns to tank.
The main relief is adjustable from 96 - 210 bar, other spring settings available upon request.
The lever operating spool slice has 4 positions.
The desired speed is selected using the speed control knob then the direction of the flow is selected using the spring centre lever, you can select forward, neutral or reverse. The lever can also be detented into a fourth position - commonly known as ‘floating fourth’, the fourth position allows the reel to ‘free wheel’ enabling the hose to be pulled off by hand. In the neutral position the reel is locked hydraulically.
